Our on-line store
You can hire plants and other items from our website for delivery direct to your exhibition stand or area. The shopping process works just like walking around a garden store. If you want to hire something you add it to your basket. You can add as few or as many items to your basket as you wish. When you have finished shopping, you take the basket to the checkout and pay.
Adding products to your basket
Select from the listing on the left hand side for your plant category, i.e. indoor or outdoor. Then select the type of plant you wish to look at, pictures of the plants then appear, click onto a picture or the text to bring up further details on the plant. From the pop down boxes you can select the size of the plant you require, the container and also if you require it under planted.
Then if you wish to hire the selections you have made click "Add to Basket".
Viewing the contents of your basket
You can see what is in your basket at any time by clicking the 'My Basket' button at the top right of the screen. If you have added something to your basket that you do not want to hire - you can remove it by clicking on the remove square at the end of the item. Here you can also amend the quantities of your items.
Checkout
When you have finished selecting your order and wish to pay, click on Check Out. If you are not looking at your order just click on the My Basket option and this will bring up your order. From here you will be asked to fill in your details, at each step you can correct or amend your details.
Secure card processing
You will have been asked for the delivery details and card details for payment - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
All card transactions are processed by us in a way which means that all your transactions are encrypted and fully secure.
When will I be charged?
Full payment is required to secure your order.
Confirmation e-mail
We will send you an e-mail confirmation following each order.
Delivery and Collections
Deliveries are made direct to your stand or area, generally the day before the event opens and collections are usually started as soon as the show closes.
